Xavian Suazo

Xavian Suazo is a 13-year-old potter from Santa Clara Pueblo and a fourth-generation artist, learning the traditional art of pottery from his grandmother, renowned potter Madeline E. Naranjo. He began working with clay at just 3 years old, and over the years, his craftsmanship has continued to grow and evolve. Xavian has participated in numerous art shows and has received several awards for his work. This is his 3rd year participating in the Santa Fe Indian Market. He draws inspiration from nature, his culture, and his everyday experiences, blending tradition with his own unique perspective.
