1. Gather clay 2. Soak in water to soften the clay 3. Mix clay with white sand to create a base mixture 4. Base mixture is then used to create my pottery 5. Pottery is left to dry which is then sanded with fine sandpaper to obtain a smooth surface 6. Next step is to apply a white slip. After this step my designs are created, consisting of eagle feathers and traditional native designs 7. Pottery is kiln fired.
