I started making jewelry at a young age. Making jewelry has always been a huge part of my family's history. Every generation teaches the next to keep it going. My parents were my teachers. Both bringing different styles from their parents teachings. When making pieces , i make them to honor my parents and grandparents styles. But I also bring a new style by adding a more contemporary style; adding more silver work (My Spirals). My jewelry keeps my family history alive.
