All original unique one of a kind pottery forms are traditionally hand made hand built and hand coiled. Different types of clays are used within my process consisting of lowfire earthenware clays, micaceous/mica clay and Native Natural clays. Each piece is hand burnished using a small stone creating a polished surface on the bone dry clay. Pottery forms are hand painted, brushwork, all free hand using lowfire underglazes, no stencils or rulers are used in the execution of the surface designs. All pieces are either electric kiln or open pit fired.
