I bead in the 5 traditional native techniques: Applique, Peyote Stitch, Loom, Lazy Stitch and Brick Stitch. I bead using size 15 glass seed beads with size 11 or 12 beading needles. I also use size B nylon thread. I use old native symbols and designs which I put my own pueblo spin on. After 40+ years of beading I no longer use drawn designs but what comes from my heart and my mind.
