I am a Jeweler from the Taos Pueblo, NM; designing and creating contemporary jewelry in high-karat Gold and .925 silver, fabricated with hand-selected, precious gemstones. My hopes and challenges as a designer are to push beyond any boundaries and move forward in a contemporary way. My ideas and technique have evolved in a direction more reflective of the modern world and I see myself as an innovator not bound by any 'traditional' convention; rather letting my designs be fueled by my passion to learn and explore technical possibility and new technology in the jewelry industry. The 'Sweet Pea' series is a new jewelry collection that embodies the beauty of delicate grace and heartfelt connections. Symbolizing blissful memories, friendship and gratitude, each piece in this collection is meticulously crafted to reflect the elegance and richness of our culture. The Naja is a symbol of creating something beautiful out of despair, of rising from the ashes, of fertility and new life.
