My fetishes are created using traditional Zuni fetish carving techniques, utilizing a 6" grinding wheel to shape and refine each form. Carefully working with stones such as marble, turquoise, lapis, and pipestone, I honor the deep cultural significance and spiritual connection of Zuni fetishes. Each stone is thoughtfully selected, carved, and polished to reveal its natural beauty while maintaining the sacred symbolism of the figures. Through this process, I strive to preserve the tradition of Zuni carving while bringing each piece to life with unique character and meaning.
