I use a traditional and contemporary clay blend. My techniques are hand built, coiled, slab and pinch methods. Each piece is created then naturally air-dried, sanded and water washed. The piece will be kiln fired. I hand paint each piece using both natural yucca brushes and paintbrushes. I use an acrylic blend of paints. I antique each piece with natural pigments and stains.
