The materials that are used in beaded pieces include various beads with different shapes and finishes ranging from size 11/0 to size 15/0 seed beads. There is also use of dentalium shells, shell beads, and sometimes porcupine quills in some instances. Gold and silver plated metals and hardware are also used as well in each piece. Beaded pieces are also finished and put together by Bentley tanned leathers to leave each set looking professionally done and ready to last for years to come. Each item is also beaded using a one needle or two needle appliqué technique to provide stability and durability.
