I create tufa cast coin silver ingot jewelry. Starting with US silver coins, I carve a tufa mold, melt the silver, and create an ingot. I hand-wrought the silver from this ingot, stamp it, and finished the piece with careful file work. Some of my work employees repousse techniques. I cut my own stones, some of which I mine personally, and set them in bezels or utilize inlay techniques. I also work in gold 18k or higher carat utilizing the same labor-intensive techniques.
