I am a self-taught artist who is inspired by Canyon De Chelly and the popular Spider Rock. I started out creating 3-dimensional storyteller jewelry, I am now creating 5-dimensional jewelry. I am very meticulous about the stories that are used in creating the different dimensional storyteller jewelry. The bracelets are based on the traditional concept of “Walking In Inner Beauty.” The Navajo say, “If you judge someone from the outside you will miss their inner beauty.” Sun rays and moon beams grace the outside of his bracelets, along with ancient petroglyph designs. The inside story depicts a typical way of life on the reservation for the Navajo people, each story is cut out one at a time after they are soldered together. Outer designs consist of reticulate (silver shavings soldered and applied to silver) and the different high quality turquoise stones.
