Portfolio Example & Artist Statement

Hand stamped and hand fabricated works made from sterling silver sheets of silver and also gold sheets. Unique, popular stones such as turquoise, coral, opals, lapis, sugilite and ivory are used to compliment my work by placing them with bezels or inlaying the stones into different types of jewelry such as: bracelets, rings, bolo ties, pendants, and necklaces. Many of my works reflect what I have learned from my teacher using: work benches, different types of grinders, buffing machines and polishers to do my best at making a distinctive piece of jewelry that reflects my families legacy in today's day and age. Much of what I have learned has been passed down unto me to keep the tradition of jewelry making alive in my family.
